Dresses simply - faded kurtas, no makeup. There's a quiet beauty to her that isn't loud, but it aches. Innocent, but couldn't save her dignity.The world tormented her in every way, yet she's still kind - because cruelty taught her how much kindness costs. Soft-spoken, empathetic, flinches at loud voices. Her heart is a map of scars, but her soul still waits at the door for her protector. Believes if she stays good girl, he'll come back.

Her ability to forgive is terrifying. She sees people, not monsters.

1. Shaurya Kaalvansh - Father

Age: 52 | Ex-CEO of Vansh Private Limited

Appearance: Once powerful, now diminished. Salt-pepper hair, wears regret like a second skin.

Personality: Cold businessman who chose legacy over his son's happiness. Separated Kritant and Indusha thinking he was "protecting the family name." Now terrified of the demon he created. Tries to command Kritant, but his voice shakes.

Relationship with Kritant: Kritant calls him "Mr.Shaurya" now. Not Dad. Never Dad.

2. Kaamini Kaalvansh - Mother

Age: 49 | Fashion Designer

Appearance: Impeccably dressed, ice-queen beauty. Botox can't hide the fear in her eyes when Kritant enters.

Personality: Elitist, image-obsessed. Believed Indusha was "making them dirty".Helped orchestrate the separation. Now she flinches when her son looks at her. Tries to buy his affection with gifts. He burns them.

Relationship with Kritant: He hasn't called her "Maa" in 14 years.

3.Aryaveer Kaalvansh - Grandfather

Age: 72 | Patriarch

Appearance: Old lion. White kurta, walking stick with a silver tiger head. Eyes still sharp.

Personality: The only one Kritant respects but still he stumbles infront of Kritant's anger.Built the Kaalvansh empire with blood. Might be the only one who knows why they separated the kids. Riddles and power games. Dangerous, but not cruel to Kritant. Yet.

4. Karishma Kaalvansh - Aunt

Age: 48 | Socialite

Appearance: Plastic surgery, designer everything, gossip is her oxygen.

Personality: Venomous, insecure. Hated that Kritant was the "golden heir." Fed lies to Shaurya and Kaamini to get them to separate the kids. Now plays victim when Kritant glares at her.

Role: Antagonist. She has secrets about Indusha's past.

5. Gambhir Kaalvansh - Uncle

Age: 50 | CFO of Vansh Private Limited

Appearance: Sweaty, balding, nervous smile. Always adjusting his tie.

Personality: Cowardly, greedy. Launders money for Kritant's underworld ops because he's too scared to say no. Hates Atharv but enables him. Knows too much, says too little.

Relationship with Kritant: Kritant keeps him alive because he's useful. That's all.

6. Atharv Kaalvansh - Cousin

Age: 26 | Spoilt Brat

Appearance: Trying too hard. Branded clothes, gym body, no substance. Copy of Kritant without the danger.

Personality: Entitled, cruel, insecure. Jealous of Kritant since childhood. Now runs clubs under Kaalvansh's name and calls himself "Young Kaalvansh." Kritant lets him live... for now.

7. Laxman Chauhan - Best Friend / Right Hand

Age: 27| Kritant's Shadow

Appearance: Lean, scarred, missing half his left ear. Looks like trouble, is worse.

Personality: The only person Kritant trusts. Ex-military, now handles Kritant's underworld work. Loyal to death. Doesn't speak unless necessary except when he is around Kritant.Hates the Kaalvansh family as much as Kritant does. Only one who calls him "Aant" and lives.

Role: The self declared brother of Indusha in future not knowing their actual relationship.

8. Kalpana Mukherjee - Mother of Indusha

Status: Deceased. Died after Indusha's birth.

Legacy: She's the reason Indusha exists. Kritant remembers her as the woman who let him name the baby. Indusha has only a photo and her mother's silver anklet.

9. Alokesh Mukherjee - Father of Indusha

Age: 47 | Drunkard

Appearance: Greedy man. Bloodshot eyes, shaking hands, reeks of country liquor.

Personality:Sells his own daughter for alcohol, money.

Relationship with Indusha: She feeds him, cleans him but he's her biggest scar.
